Liliana Bakayoko is an Attorney at Law at the Paris and Sofia Bars, a Doctor of Law, and a former Professor of Law.
Founded in 2011, her law firm provides legal services in French and Bulgarian law and assists clients before French and Bulgarian courts. It brings legal assistance combining a high level of professionalism with a human-based approach and qualities of analysis, innovation, and combativeness that its clients specifically appreciate.
Liliana Bakayoko is both a practitioner and a theorist of law. In addition to the exercise of her profession of lawyer, she taught various legal subjects (mainly in the fields of business law and international law), for ten years (in French and sometimes in English), in higher education establishments in Paris (such as the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), European Business School (EBS), the École Supérieure d’Administration et de Management (ESAM) and the École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris (EFB)). She is the author of the book entitled “L’engagement en droit (L’individuation et le Code civil au XXIème siècle)“, published by Éditions Publibook Université, (Paris, France).
Liliana Bakayoko is French-Bulgarian bilingual and fluent in English.
She is a member of the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of French-Speaking International Lawyers. She works in cooperation with many lawyers, some of whom are established in Bulgaria, and others – in France.
